Distillery Information

Midwest Custom Bottling (MCB) was founded in 2008 by Duane Maas. Initially, MCB’s half dozen employees ran four bottling runs a month on one small line, and were dedicated to serving small customers. Today, MCB has multiple lines running daily, and employs over thirty-one people. Our growth and success is all a credit to our founder, Duane.

Duane Maas was a liquor industry icon who dabbled and thrived in all aspects of the spirits business. He built distilleries in eight different countries and built entirely new brands with his son, Tom. Without his in-depth knowledge and experience in distilling and production, MCB would not be the multifaceted operation that exists today.
